  • You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES!

Late arrivals and No-shows are considered to be cancellations. Notification of late arrivals will be given consideration for future accommodation. No refund will be issued.

Cancellations 

  • If we can't accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.

  • Bad Weather: If Tours are cancel due to bad weather ,if we canwe will  accommodate you on another day,.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS

  • No Shows: If you, or a member of your party, does not show up for your activity you will be responsible for the full amount.

  • Showing Up Late: If you, or a member of your party, show up late and are not able to participate you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity.
